My interest in pottery was sparked at an early age in school in New Zealand. Many years later I had the opportunity to take some classes at the Parkland Potters Guild. I have now been potting since 2003.
Recently I moved from cone 10 firings to cone 6 as this gives me the flexibility of working in my home studio. I take my inspiration from growing up in New Zealand incorporating the “koru” symbol into many of my glaze designs.
